    Tim Horton's staff are rude, ill-mannered and obnoxious. I find that they don't serve you better with smile. I think that they have employed all students or part-time employees that they don't get proper training. Management should have them trained on how to serve customers. I feel that the CUSTOMER SERVICE is lacking and they don't even smile and serve you properly. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY BAD in that location, needs to improve. Staff are very rude and obnoxious when serving the customers. They don't even smile as if they're in a bad mood and they feel like we are bothering them. We are a "PAYING CUSTOMERS", we don't get our coffee or tea for FREE but they act as if they're the "OWNER or MANAGEMENT" of that place and the look of their faces are "ANNOYING", DISGUSTED or UNHAPPY". I think that the STAFF should go for "TRAINING" on how to serve customers in class or workshop in order to do this kind of service. TRAINING is the key to improve a better CUSTOMER SERVICE in the service industry like "Tim Horton, Swiss Chalet, Wendy, McDonald or any other restaurants' environment.
